Duality / the Shadow Self

In this world in which we live there is a duality, a duality

in all things including in energy, so therefore we have on the one hand pure divine loving energy and on the other we have dark cold unloving energy,

One will build up and create, the other will tear down and destroy one will bring hope love and light, the other will bring darkness, despair and destruction.

It is necessary to understand that in order to control this energy we must understand its existence, you cannot bury your head in the sand and live a lie that states there is only love and peace and joy in the world. For it is very obvious to anyone who has a sense of reason to see that this is not the case at all. There is much chaos destruction, pain and suffering in the world, interspersed with happiness, joy, love.

In order to understand and control any aspect of this energy we must first acknowledge it, honour it and then understand it ,  for as high as you can raise your vibration so as low as it can fall for each has an equal and opposite reaction. This only occurs within the realm of the earth plane, for in the realm of spirit that which vibrates at one frequency can only be seen felt or matched by that which vibrates at an equal vibration.

Whilst you are on the earth plane you are bombarded with a full and diverse range of energy in all of its manifestations.

Whilst on the earth plane you are bombarded not just by the energies of the physical but also energies of the spirit realms but also energies from the emotional levels and the mental levels too.

These energies come from different levels different vibrations of the ether and the spiritual realms, how they affect you and what you attract to you depend mainly on how you live your life and the energy levels that you maintain within your own system.

But because you are on the earth plane you are also affected by those energies that are equal and opposite to the energies that your main system is vibrating at, so correspondingly you can have a mixed theatre of Emotions and thoughts that constantly change.

These can be overwhelming sometimes because you are a spiritual being doing your utmost to live a pure and spiritual life upon the earth plane and yet here you are plagued with feelings that betray your spirituality, and thoughts that frighten you.

But unless you understand the reason for these thoughts and feelings unless you acknowledge them, and embrace them you cannot control them. For in ignoring or in pretending that they do not exist you give them greater power. The object of this lesson is to show you the depth of the power, this world as I said is a world of duality, everything has an equal and opposite reactionary force, otherwise it cannot exist within the earthly realm.

Within this framework there are many possibilities, many possible outcomes, many variables, which are complicated by the existence of duality.

You allow your light to shine brightly and yet you attract to you harsh shadows, shadows that cling to your light and follow it no matter which way you turn they are there.

Life is a rich tapestry and in accepting this we become more at ease with ourselves with our earthly environment and more in tune with those forces those powers from the realm of spirit that we need to sustain us in our work.

Make no mistake throughout the course of your spiritual work particularly within the framework that you are undertaking here, you will come into contact with the full contrast of energy, the full contrast of action and reaction, the full contrast of darkness and light.

This is of no real concern as such, for if you work within your parameters, if you work upon the adjustment of and the acceptance of your shadow self, your awareness will give you a greater power greater control greater protection.

 Energy vibrates at all frequencies, it is neither good or bad, it is just energy, but within the realm of the earth plane, especially where it blends with the spirit realms, you have a kaleidoscope of potential, a kaleidoscope of frequency and vibration, and a kaleidoscope of emotions, and at any moment and at any time, one can and does become overwhelmed with an energy, an emotion a thought that is not of its choosing.

If you work with the light and if you particularly work in overcoming the darkness that keeps earthly spiritual beings from reaching their full potential, then you can rest assured that you will attract to you those who will want to stop you, those who will want to prevent your work from succeeding, those who want to put you off, they do this by using the shadows of your own being, those aspects of yourself that frighten you, those aspects of yourself that you are ashamed of, and they  use them mercilessly to cause you to pull away from the work you have undertaken, in doing so you are defeated, they win. So it is vitally important that you embrace your shadow self, be open about those thoughts those emotions that plague all who are walking the earthly plane. For it is only in being open with them that you disempower them, you make it less likely for those who would use them against you to be able to do so.

So work constantly not just on being a better person a  more knowledgeable person but also on accepting and embracing those parts that you currently feel do not belong to you,

In coming together to work in this manner your strength lies not in the power of your conviction, not in the power of your belief, not in the power of your faith but in your ability to understand that duality is a part of the life existence on the earth plane, in understanding this, you gain mastery over yourself and you empower yourself in a way that is hard for others to take away.
